Itinerary

Day 1 : Marrakech - Imlil - Marrakech

After breakfast we will pick you up from your hotel or road in Marrakesh On the way to Imlil we will stop in Tahawant and visit an Argon oil cooperative run by Berber women. On arrival in Imlil we will walk through the walnut groves of the villages of Arghen and Mezzick and beside the waterfalls on our climb to the ancient and picturesque village of Armed. In Aromed you will have a lesson in Berber cookery and then eat what has been prepared surrounded by spectacular scenery. From the terrace you will see the snow capped mountains of Toubkal and the surrounding peaks After lunch we will visit one of the oldest houses in Around to drink tea and witness carpets being made on a traditional loom. We return to Imlil by a different route and after a short drive, you can enjoy the experience of riding a camel along the valley floor. After a day of adventure and immersion in Berber culture in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains we will drive you back to your accommodation in Marrakesh
